pumpkin patch registration
To register your field trip group, please fill out and submit the Registration Form below. The
hours available for field trips are 10 am to 2 pm, Monday - Friday. We will do our best to accommodate your group at
your chosen time, however we limit groups to 3 a day. We will confirm your registration via email and if there is a
conflict with your selected date, we will assist you in choosing another.
We will provide a story time,
a goody bag to take home, the opportunity to select a $1.00 pumpkin, access to our play yard (and restrooms), a hay ride (weather
permitting), and a group photo.
Pittard Park is within walking distance across from the church
where they can enjoy eating a snack in the pavillion and play on the playground. Restroom facilities are also available
at the park.
